Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock availability, or concerns about fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us first with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, dimensions, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display will accurately reflect the actual appearance of a product. If you receive an item that does not match the description, contact us for assistance.
