Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options to most destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
To report an issue, please email czg2368@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Changed Mind / Returns
If you wish to return a non-damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or we made an error
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
How to Start a Return
- Email czg2368@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions and approval before shipping anything back
- Ship the item back in its original packaging after authorization
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund
