Return Window

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the product page.

• Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email czg2368@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or sent in error.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
